They’ll fire people at the drop of a hat, even those dealing with personal hardships or those who have just joined. 2. Toxic Environment: The workplace reeks of negativity. Constant threats from managers make it impossible to focus on work. 3. Nepotism Over Merit: Hard work is completely ignored. Promotions, appraisals, and benefits are reserved for people in the management’s inner circle, regardless of their competence or contributions. 4. Unrealistic Project Deadlines: They set impossible deadlines for projects. For tasks that realistically require 2,000 hours to complete, employees are given only 500 hours, forcing them to compromise on quality and overwork themselves. 5. Penny-Pinching at Employees’ Expense: Instead of supporting employees, they cut corners on even the most basic needs, prioritizing their profits over their people. 6.
