My Experience with brainvire infotech is not good. Nothing to like about this company

-No work life balance -Ask to extend long working hrs., sometimes till midnight -Ask to work on the weekends as well -If there isn't any work then they ask to take leave and work on the weekends. -No management, even project timeline not discussed with developers and force to complete it on tight deadline.

The most thing I like about is team and team leader is too supportive and helping. Team of particular department is also large so you can get guidance from experienced and senior persons and gain precious knowledge. You will get soft skill training as well and also company appreciates your certifications and skills and give extra appraisal based on that. There is nothing to dislike about Brainvire but the if you still ask about it, then I say canteen should be large in space.

As I am from different field from IT, though I was got a chance to work at Brainvire. I have get 6 month of training here on Python, Postgresql, Odoo technical as well as Functional, Git and also some basics of javascript.

I like everything about my job, my colleagues are very helpful and so is my manager. They are very transparent with all the actions in the company. In the hard times COVID too, they think about the employees first. Great to have a leader like our CEO.
