I don't like anything of this company. If Brainvire is not selecting you then it's good luck of you from god. so don't ever try to apply here.

Dislikes

The worst HR department of the world , not responsive and not caring people in Brainvire. Employee are not safe here as boys are also not. safe here. Manager has no any manner how to talk with any employee and how can handle the things and manages things are not know well. Culture is worst than ever i see in other companies.

0 job security also company is already sold and another Fake company is started named Buzzvire all Brainvire projects are displayed over there. They deduct your salary they will ask you to resign or else they will threaten you by saying that they will do termination if you don’t resign and it will impact your career also you will not get salary. Note: None of the employees get verified from organisation once you leave. All the good ratings over here are because once you join they will force you to give good ratings so that they can sell company to some other person. Lots of scams are going over here....Read More

You will not get a chance to work in which you want to make a career, you will be forced to do certification and then it will aks you what you learn, if that is not helpful then they will tell you why you have wasted your time They want to keep track of your single minutes, in timesheet you will require to log 5min of timesheet as well

It's a good company for freshers to start a career.

Work life balance and appraisal depends on the department you work. They have their own portal for performance reviews so if you don't get the desired performance rating or you get like you need to improve this or you don't get the desired appraisal then start looking for better opportunities they will fire you any time. And don't apply in open-source PHP department.
