No hike. 4 days office compulsory. No promotion no bonus. But so many rules and regulations. Always comes with new rules for not growing the associates.

HR policies in India are worst with least benefits and hikes. Learning on job is close to nothing. Extremely slow career growth with peanut hikes. Obsolete tech stack in majority projects. Extreme micro management at org level especially in India. Roles are not what they promise initially during interview. Bad project level decisions. The once glorified job security is now a myth. Your resume will die with 3 months notice. It has become just another service company that advertises itself as product company. Bosch as a company is great, data annotation department is more biased and there is no value for the associates who relocate from other states to core location.

Technical leads assume themselves as project managers. Project managers are completely dependent on tech leads. Managers are puppet and more biased to seniors in the team.
