DBA team is not that great due to lots of politics and internal favouritism. No on site as it's not needed for dba team to go. If chance come only selected people goes. Thats unfair for others. Package is low overall then the market.

Useless rotten old management, they don't know out side IT world, high degree of bossism, no value for merit BOSCH get 90% revenue via internal sub departments, they are not core IT company, so they take if any need but they don't hesitate to tell you to leave the company if no project, this a big risk in bosch
