Before BOSCH was very good organisation to work

Bosch is adding more people to PIP. Managers will make you to feel insecure by telling LPM/PIP. Only the people should work Managers will not at work or do any support to project but you cannot question them back as you your limit. If you have proper justification with medical reports also WFH will not approve because your manager should tell ok. Managers are not managers micro management Managers.
