There was no growth. They don't keep their promises. Always lie. Nothing to learn new thing. Monotonous work like robot. This job is not for experience people.

To get freedom from British we had " QUIT INDIA" movement. and finally we got freedom from British. Same way if Borek wants to Break his bad luck he has to launch : "QUIT HR MOVEMENT". Due to HR only Borek is in worst condition. MD doesn't meet to lower cadre employee on last day of working. if he implement same, he will come to know truth about all department.

Am giving 5 stars to this company out of generosity for the below reasons - The MD who is a wonderful person and gentleman - the old management team and my team leader which were amazing - the client who I worked with

- This company started amazing but now the new management of a duo and a mastermind have ruined this company and their policies. -Ever since they have entered the company, the charm , beauty and the fragrance of this company has become into death stench and and I was also trapped in this deathgame Ever since the old staff has left, this company is drowning and if they do not do damage control now then this once amazing company has less chance of getting back on track. -Ever since I have left this company, I am suffering health issues till date as I was made to be insulted, used, abused and made to cry in front of the HR for being a Good, honest and loyal employee just because I decided to leave your company and that too after accepting your counter offer and sign a pre dated increment letter that was delayed by 6 months. Am still not able to be stable till date becuase of the health issues I developed after putting down my papers at Borek solutions. Hope for the best and wish this company becomes the best version of its best days by taking some important steps which although harsh, have to be implemented ASAP. A written info to Borek solutions group from an ex employee : Kindly do not let any new or existing employee go through what i did because traumatising an employee will lead to him and his family suffer for many months. the Management is pathetic. no employee concern is there. no tranparency. total showoff by the managemnt its not a peoples company its only higher employer company. no increments on time, various if and buts, no freedom of action in all, very least incentives. shows you they are your friend but are not for 1000%. do join if you are in great need otherwise save yourself.

company is full of politics, there are people sitting at gm and vp level ,playing with life and carrer of everyone. MD doesnt get into daily issues, and let these 2 run compan. dont go by any positive reviews, they are by MD team.

Literally nothing. I would not recommend you to join this organization even if you're in need. Find something else. Do not waste your years.

Everything. Zero job security, lays off people at the time of increments without giving a reason or considering the performances. Only believes in taking the money, doesnt even listen when it comes to giving. What matters here is how well you gossip with the management and carry a happy face around them, only then youre safe in thiscompany but then youll be one of those.
