They hire for 3-6 month client projects in disguise of long term projects. And after project gets over they politely say bye and hold the last month salary and one has to be after them to get it quite long time.

Only one concern is that, Needs to provide allowances and extra benefits for extra work hours and shifts. Even it will be good if you provide extra skills trainings also. Other than this everything is fine.
