As someone with over three years of experience at TCS, what I really value is the diverse opportunities the company offers to grow professionally. The exposure to various projects, including my experience in system engineering and development, has allowed me to develop a range of skills, from technical expertise to client communication. I also appreciate TCS's global presence and the chance to collaborate with teams across different locations, which has enriched my learning and adaptability. The recognition programs, such as the "Star of the Month" and "Service and Commitment" awards I received, make me feel valued for my contributions. Lastly, I admire how TCS fosters continuous learning through internal resources and external training programs, which aligns well with my goal of upskilling in data science and analytics. Dislikes

While I’ve gained valuable experience and growth opportunities at TCS, there are certain aspects that I feel could be improved. One challenge has been the limited flexibility in transitioning to roles or projects that align with my evolving career aspirations. Despite the company’s vast opportunities, the internal mobility process can sometimes be lengthy or restrictive. Additionally, while TCS offers great resources and support, the work-life balance can be challenging at times, especially when managing personal commitments alongside work. For example, my current health situation has made me realize the importance of flexible arrangements like work-from-home options, which are sometimes limited based on project needs. Overall, while these are areas of improvement, they don’t overshadow the learning and growth I’ve experienced here.
