I enjoy analyzing complex AbInitio graphs and finding data issues in them. Working on ETL tools collaboratively with passionate developers gives me the opportunity to use the knowledge gained over the years and enhances it each day with new projects. Salary on time and work culture is good.

No increment in salary from last 2 years. They have created new salary structure as per that first 10% is progressive variable pay and above that you will get in fixed salary but what appraisal they gave is only 10% so not getting any hike in fixed salary (not a single rupee hike). And if I talk about variable pay they only gave for first quarter and for second quarter not given a single rupee.
