Its now 7 months since I joined Bitwise, self initiated and helping team. Excellent infrastructure and supports hybrid model of working that gives an added advantage of flex working. Started with orientation programme followed by short KT sessions by different buddies. Appreciation of work is key point here, as we have great managers who support skill development.
