Nothing much to write home about.

Is perceived as a software company but operating model resembles that of a staffing agency. The only USP the HR seems to harp on while recruiting is overseas assignments. Overseas assignments are mostly very basic and rudimentary and are generally for very short stints.

Birlasoft has to work a lot in cultivating Leadership skills in Manager+. Management team is traditional instead of being competitive in market where IT demand is RPA, AI , Analytics , Sociality , Mobility etc. They are still practicing 10+ year old processes due to which they are not getting projects and associates are having feared of job security.

Non Competitive old leaders.
