The company was good until pandemic happened. As soon as it happened they showed their true colors. Put me on bench and hence ‘No Job Security’ Work culture is that you do your work and stay in limits. Management is 2-3 people who run all this and are very limited. They don’t talk much . They don’t give incentives and they used to ask us to work for an extra hour. You could not logout at shift end but when they ask you. Take 2 leave and they give you a warning letter.

Company is giving the opportunity to all type of students like Regular and Correspondence. The CEO of company is very close with employees as per company growth with his contribution.

Dislikes

Senior behavior with each other and junior, politics between employees including managers and HRs. They have no plans how they will get benefit of new trainee by giving them a career growth.
