It was great working with a different set of talented people in the company. One could learn how to deal with the client and the management. Employees get a higher work position/role to work.

Dislikes

Adding Pros to my list is difficult except the one that the salary offered to the employees is high (depending on the process). Eventually, this might cause one to lose other skills that they have inculcated since the beginning of their career. Hope they could give compensated time to learn and build a new skill. One can not expect any good deeds until and unless the employee gives his heart and soul to the work. I had seen three lay-offs in my process still managed to survive 2 of them. The management is not competent. There is a lot of politics and they doesn't address our issues. Their decisions are one sided ruining the work-life balance of employees. No yearly increment was given. They use to make false promises just to get the work done. Haven't got the confirmation letter or the promotion letter till date even after asking multiple times for the same. No job security in the company. There is only one good thing about this company is flexibility. You can work according to your convenience and flexibility.

The worst company I have ever worked with. Poor management, poor job security. No salary growth, no future growth at all, work environment is ok though. But it is not at all employee centric. I had worst experience till now. There is no work-life balance, sometimes they do harassment too.

I spend three years here 2 years as agent and one year as ps but they took 2 minutes to terminate me yes they gave me 2 option either I step back and start working on agent level or either I would serve resign

it's culture is pathetic only sugar coated people are preferred here the honor of the organization claim we don't follow calling ma'am or sir culture but have they ever bother to know whether this culture is being followed or not
