Likes

It is a hospital and a medical college with medical students to teach and a big load of patients to manage everyday which provides a sense of satisfaction with your job. Since it's a state government run medical college and hospital, job permanence is for the permanent state employees posted through OPSC.

Dislikes

Not a lot to dislike working here except the usual unpleasantries with the patients and their attendants.

I used to work as an Associate Professor in a contractual position. I had a good work and social experience over there. I left the position in September 2021 for a new job elsewhere.
