My team was good and they helped me and cooperate with me and my thoughts. And my superiors also good. they used to let me that what i want to do.work environment was also nice. I liked the people and their way talking and behave with me.

I had few dislikes. One is I felt like that job was not secure me and my career. and i hadn't seen the growth of my salary and my profile.

I worked as a quality supervisor so i guided the people who were in my under and i suggested to do better ways and simplified my work process as well as I used to work on hardness testing machine because of lack of testing operator.

In better castings private limited i feel good carrer and my working deparement is very intersting and environmental is good and job secure i m working only 5 months and i learn very good knowledge of lathe machine working operation and my salary is very poor because i m working very few days .

The work pressure is high because i m working daily 8 hours duty
