I don't like anything about this company as it does not provide any work life balance. Director Sujit Joglekar is a dictator and does not provide any facilities for employees. The salary is less than daily wage workers. Also you don't get any paid holidays. You have to work for more than 10 hrs a day.

Dislikes

This is a nightmare. Direct Sujit Joglekar starts harassing employees when their increments are near. So that employees will resign on their own. There is no scope for expansion of knowledge in this company.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
