So far, the organisation is trying to retain as many employees as possible. I understand, this is a tough time for individuals and businesses and Belcan is doing fair per market standards.

Dislikes

Its a start up, a longway to go. I would not say, I dislike anything in particular. There are opportunities for improvements and tjose are are taking place at a decent pace.

Work Details

I got oppurtunity to enhance my skillset and learn new techniques at Belcan. I Joined as development team lead in Belcan and could learn produciblity engineering and after market support at Belcan while working on those projects.

Work timings: Flexible Timings

Work related travel: This job involves International Travel.

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
