Old teachers ( almost everyone is old except 5 or 6) have created a lobby somebody's Husband holds position in Education Department, somebody is a politician as well, some third's husband holds an important position in CM's office, all these teachers don't want to adopt new practices of teaching and learning they lack the basic skills and don't even show interest in learning them rather they discharge those who are willing to learn for the reason 'if one does others too have to do'. They dominate the management and irony is management too gets overpowered by them. The school was established by NND Bhatt Sir by a great vision but it's now counting it's days to the grave.
