Only good thing was wfh flexibility , if you are sick or while the lead is away

HR is tied to leadership, making it difficult to raise alarm about any red flag Lacks proper employee training Leadership is pro accounts Too many accounts to deal with simultaneously, with vision/tov/brief changing every now and then making it difficult for creative copywriters Copywriters expected to churn humongous calendars within little time (hard work never appreciated) Office politics is quite predominant, often learnt from leadership (not great at all) Job stability is directly linked to client retention (so, you'll be the first on the line of fire-anytime) And, talent acquisition will entice you with high salary and a list of well known client names (some have already left)- to get you say yes to the job tip- do your own digging why people have left, if it was great to work here and do not be desperate to say yes so soon. Sometimes best or better options take time to come by so trust your abilities and the process. A short lived happiness is well not worth it-unless you think otherwise! Good luck!...Read More
