Team mates are just wonderful. Everyone is ready to help at any point of time. There is lot of growth opportunities in the organisation, company is keen to open up with latest technologies and continuously spreading its hands in different technologies. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
