I am working at Basantapur education society during 15yrs happily. Here there is no political hazard and no politics. The running college under Basantapur education society :-The polytechnic college with all engineering trades, Engineering college with all trades, Model school (both English and Bengali medium), nursery school, Education college etc.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..

It can be said as good environment for learning and teachings. There is huge scope of quality education. Appointment of teaching staff is mawrellous fair. Which is self proof that the teaching culture can be improved if the management staff of the body do not interfere in administration.
