Nothing to like here, one of the most pathetic company always afraid and dependent on Bank of Baroda's mercy and actions for any support.

1. Bank of Baroda staff is always looking at fellow BGSS like enemies, no cooperation between both entities 2. Policy says Flexi working but nothing in reality 3. No incentives and benefits in place, as most policies are customised to suit senior management only 4. Hardly any Fun at work 5. Quality of employees is below par so no chance for self development 6. Mostly local Gandhinagar staff, so no wide mix of cultures 7. Never spends a penny for Employee welfare 8. No pride in working at BGSS & low brand value 9.
