1. Leave and HR policy are terrible 2. Compliance related to trade is poor 3. Lack of training 5. Worst system to work on. They do not have applications that can match industry standards 6. No work life balance 7. No previlage for late night travel or food allowance 8. No bonus or variable pay 9. Poor management by higher authorities as they do not have a say in bank’s procedures. 10. Intrusion to holidays like second/fourth Saturday and Sundays. You have to work on these holidays and a compensatory leave against it is a tough and sorry state of affair....Read More
