Pathetic culture no structure, no policy they have liquidated policies which can be played as they want. It one man policy, a old aged person runs the show and even HR policies are getting manipulated. Only lickspittles gets the all benefit as the old man plans and rest all career went for the toss. No skill set required for the jobthey don’t value your experience and your knowledge. The most disappointing thing is they have dual management where you have take a decision whom to follow. They judge your work on the basis of your salary and during appraisal the old one says you have high salary sorry we can’t give you any hike....Read More

Work culture and liquidated policy and the situation of HR as they don’t have any stand any stand in-front of old man. No knowledge enhancement plan, for training they sent untrained employees. If anyone have an ability to become an apple-polisher they have good career.
