The most insecure place to work. Team leaders are supportive but they have limits. The management is worst. No any relaxation point for employees. Employees don't get any benefit from the company. The most dark side of the company is management hold the salary (previous month+current working month) of the employee if the employee working near about 1 year, and this way they make the employee to leave the company without Salary....Read More

There is a lot of politics. Salary is okey but not given in a schedule time. Training is not given properly.

The company is good but there are people's are bad and behavior also bad

There are all TL AND HR are worst totally.. They give the salary not be on time and give the target soo many day by day... They do a particiality between one employee to another employee.. And they do a mental torchure 🥵 on every employee... And aftr all the company is totally fraud.. They charged a highly interest on every loan.. When customer paid the amount already but the company is not update the amount and it was payment failed on every transaction... I dnt know why ?? And payment failed amount the company did not return to customers account.. So.. Bad people's and fraud people's are there... So.. Plss dont join bardhaman fintech company...Read More
