How much max does IBM GBS pays for lateral hires of 7A band. Selected as senior data engineer for Barclays project. YOE : 5.5 , CCTC : 15.65 lpa fixed First they offered 20 lpa fixed due to 90 days NP, but now I am getting released 1 month earlier and holding offer of 24 lpa fixed from Aditya Birla Capital. Will they match the offer if I negotiate as I can join them in 10 days.

Likes - work balance and travel Dislikes - Appraisal are too worst, officially 3 ratings but in background 5 ratings and these are given not depends on position and work, only favorites and supporters. And spoon feeding to favorites+giving good ratings. Others are getting impacted because of this.
