The people who are at organisation really makes it worse, such terrible people in the organisation, i feel so bad for myself why I joined such a team and thinking to change the team or the organisation AVP and VP keeps tight watch on you and does the micro management by tracking your time, like if u have to complete 8 hours +1 hr ina day and breaks are other than those hours If you have more work you have to stretch and do it and the type of communication these AVPs has is so horrible, they treat whole team as a slave, they sit for 12-15 hrs and even want others to do the same...Read More

Barclays is a very good organization. In terms of compensation, job profile and salary.... However there are something has to be addressed regarding the management.

Dislikes

The leaders are used to use their positions and dominate the team members. They don't know how to behave, communicate and values of the employees. Instead of encouraging, advising and educating the new employees, managers are used to speak very harshly, rude behavior, shout at the employees like school or college environment feel like BPO industry not like a corporate bank there's no banking & corporate culture at all. These areas needs to be addressed. Barclays values are RISES - Respect, Integrity, Service, Excellence, Stewardship. But i don't feel these are utilizing by the leaders. Team mates are really good. But my manager is not good because his behavior is terrible......Read More

Work is good but my Manager is not good because his behavior is terrible. He doesn't know how to well communicate with the fellow team members. He used to shout at employees in front of others. He doesn't have the skills for Manager as well.
