Brilliant learning opportunity with the pioneer of disaster recovery mechanism. Bank of India was the first one to start operating after Latur's earthquake which proves the aforementioned statement. The work culture is amazing where everyone encourages each other to learn new concepts and push their limits.

Being a public sector unit the policies regarding promotion and incentives are according to the Government of India which in one hand gives the opportunity to fair selection through competitive exam but on the other hand it takes away the incentive of hard working professionals to get exponential growth.

The work culture was one of the best in the PSU industry. The bank is employee friendly, very considerate, compensation was better than most PSU's, posting was at a comfortable location, job security and work life balance were another factors making it one of the best banks to work with.
