Wretched place which suffocates one's career. Utterly incompetent, egoistic and vindictive top management who are only interested in self preservation and gratification. They operate through coercion and threat of transfers. No work life balance

Good work environment and culture.Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.Company policies are good, better career than other bank. Appraisals are fair and good salary hume due to fast promotions.

Long working hours due to perpetual staff shortages.

Joined as Direct officer and got promoted to the senior manager level in 24 years of service but now the promotions are very fast. Learnt entire banking during this tenure including foreign exchange and Advances for which I received extensive training.
