I AM FEELING UNDERPAID // NEED SUGGESTIONS

I am a Banker with 7 years of experience in sales. I started my career from Bandhan Bank's Micro Finance Department, after that switched to ICICI as a Sales Officer, post that joined Axis Bank in the grade of Assistant Manager and was promoted to Deputy Manager. This year I joined Bank of Baroda as a Senior Manager - MSME Department but its a contractual job role. The department and designation is too good but the contractual role is a matter of concern as there is no PF, Mediclaim, extra 1% ROI for Banker. I am getting paid at only 6 Lac p.a and I am willing to get 14 LPA, I am holding a graduate degree only. Can you suggest some good advice which I can use to boost my career.

Dislikes

Top management of Dena Bank doesn't fulfill their compensation package promises. There are large holes in their security team. At one time, only 7 out of 30 odd Zonal Offices had a professional Zonal Security Officers. It is impossible for Chief Security Officer to ensure security requirements. Top management didn't pay any heed to my repeated cautions. Staff discipline is lax and senior officers at times encourage indiscipline to suit their agenda....Read More
