Like any other Government of India undertakings Dena Bank also works under govt influence. Banks need average people and talented people have no place in such organisations. Most of the functions and systems are computerised and customers and the conniving staff take advantage of the loopholes. Auditors also employ ex bankers and sois the result of auditing.
