The Firm has good clientle and provides value addition services with all types of its assignment it does for its Clients. The Firm is good place to learn many things. Atleast 3 yrs of working with the firm is required for any career aspirant to know about working of Bamb Taori & Co and its specialisation of value addition services.

Dislikes

Since I was working as Partner with Sharing of Revenue, I was not happy with the Work Sharing and Monetary sharing ratio. Overall Growth and future prospects was not fine for me.

Work Details

I am partner and Bilaspur Branch head of the firm. I use to serve all the clientle base of Bilaspur, Korba, Raigarh clientle of the Firm. I was responsible for all types of services provided by Firm for all the clients covered in my region.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
