This company is a cheat. They can financially rob an employee , it's Partners and almost anyone. They will not pay Incentives on time. If you consider 1 year deferred payment to be OK, pls join. Once you are out of this organization, forget your full and finals or any payments. DO NOT JOIN

- System & Process is very pathetic '- need to go long way to catch up industry standards - Delayed Appraisal Cycle every year which is demoralizing employee (like any IT firm) - Promotion Approval process is little complicated. By citing lack of system, HR/Managers mess up things..

It was good initially the work, the people but gradually it became very poor

The management, it’s the worse as it is dependent on one person. No proper management, No appraisal or promotions, lot of politics and partialities. Also one major drawback is 3 months notice period. Think before joining

The company is very good to work with, and health insurance policy is very good when I got treated they paid around 4 plus lakh with in few hours with out any hassle, friendly staff
