No proper management, worst experience l, they don’t have projects, just they will hire resources and ask to do multiple POC’ in local and ask to present , after that no project for long time, don’t join experience peoples, good for freshers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
