Worst company anyone can work at. It’s a complete rip off. They pay you peanuts compared to other companies. Extremely native technologies(TIBCO which your grandfather probably would know)

Management is utter bull💩. They will train you in 10 technologies at once and not deploy you in any project and bully you to get out of the company.

We now have a robust appraisal system to ensure that every step of the appraisal activity is carried out in a discrete and timely manner. Please note that we also have full-fledged Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) for associates who are finding it difficult to perform as well as their peers. Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
