no work life balance in few teams/ projects. It depends on the team you are with. There are psychopaths as managers who doesnt know how plan, organize team, who only accepts people say ok for everything. if you are from any mnc, this company will never fit you. The washrooms are very bad, no cleanliness, no proper treatment of employees by housekeeping people. The food at BCT is horrible. late nights, last minute calls and meetings. Nobody can question your manager coz the company mainly focuses on its revenue instead of its employees. The company is far behind. Few managers think they can do anything and put entire pressure on team. they wont have knowledge of how to lead a team or project. They schedule calls during lunch and dinner time and talk talk & talk their personal issues with project management time management, but they never organize and take things forward. If someone raises concern, they will immediately avoid them in all meetings, and project. The managers acts like personal ones and try to crack irrelevant jokes in between serious meetings and insult people like anything and schedule one more call with new joiners and ask sorry for treating people like that. That is how they try to keep new people in team. Even if it is 10pm, the manager will call in teams. if you are not picking they will call you in mobile until you pick up. Few teams based out of Singapore and BRunei will have this condition. never fall prey to these teams/ projects...Read More

- System & Process is very pathetic '- need to go long way to catch up industry standards - Delayed Appraisal Cycle every year which is demoralizing employee (like any IT firm) - Promotion Approval process is little complicated. By citing lack of system, HR/Managers mess up things..

No Process flow. Very biased appraisal and promotion. No alignment between senior executives as a result team members suffers during project delivery. Company should think about employee life as well.

The management, it’s the worse as it is dependent on one person. No proper management, No appraisal or promotions, lot of politics and partialities. Also one major drawback is 3 months notice period. Think before joining

The company is very good to work with, and health insurance policy is very good when I got treated they paid around 4 plus lakh with in few hours with out any hassle, friendly staff
