I appreciate The collaborative environment at Azentio and the Opportunity to work on diverse projects. However, I believe ensuring employees are not overloaded by being assigned to multiple projects simultaneously is important. Being spread too thin across different tasks can negatively impact their work-life balance, increase stress levels, and lead to health issues.
