I joined as a fresher and was able to learn a lot of things as it was the starting point of my career.

Dislikes

As time progressed, learning decreased. The management is really bad. Compensation is below par.

There's nothing to talk about good. I have never seen such a ruthless, heartless organization. One of the employee who works here and his father was in a death bed and took 2 days leave to tc of his farther suddenly without any notice they threw him out of the project and the same day his father passed away. To those managers who are being inhuman and heartless i wish the same or even worse should happen to thier family as well.
