There's nothing to talk about good. I have never seen such a ruthless, heartless organization. One of the employee who works here and his father was in a death bed and took 2 days leave to tc of his farther suddenly without any notice they threw him out of the project and the same day his father passed away. To those managers who are being inhuman and heartless i wish the same or even worse should happen to thier family as well. Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs.
