Management is good and provides clear instructions about work, there is no grey areas for same. Healthy work culture is there though some lobbyism is there between some teams which is normally you will see in other corporates also. Job security is definitely there.

Sometimes you will see lot of undue work pressure which you need to understand and prioritize, new joiner may face difficulties as no one will have time to teach you every thing hand to hand which you will have to dedicate yourself and learn from others as many as possible.

Not just Axis Bank, all Indian banks seem to follow the same method where process ownership is given to employees and higher management only works to provide tasks and follow up and pressurize the employees for task completion. The task-resource ratio is very less and it feels like exploitation which hampers the work-life balance.

Dislikes

Sir culture. Everyone above AVP feels they are entitled to boss around and be respected. Not everyone feels like following someone and often it lead to high attrition due to one bad manager.
