Guys, I am working On-roles as Manager "M" Grade in Bank and handling Off-Role Team with 10 LPA including variables. I got another opportunity in NBFC where Grade is Junior Manager and salary is the same, 10 LPA. The only benefit I am getting is that I shall be relocated to my hometown. Should I join or not ?
