Pros: Good learning experience. Good exposure over various responsibilities.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

No work life balance. Very poor HR support to employee. HR almost non existent once you joined. Very poor work culture and policies. No equal work experience and it differs team to team where work culture lacks. Less accreditation to work and favourism kills growth.
