You will have to reach office at 8:15 in the morning and leave after taking permission at 10:30 in the night, even then you will be taunted. Do "Siddhi" accounts FD's and Li and GI even on Sunday, agar nahi kar paye to have a concall with the cluster head or zonal head. If by mistake you take leave due to fever then give the medical certificate and they will call the doctor and verify it... Pathetic culture. No one helps you. Neither HR nor CH, no one helps.... If you are thinking of joining Axis then forget your personal life. Along with abusive language, he also becomes violent. He attacks the family over trivial matters. I will not say anything about the salary. Basically your career, mental health and life will all be ruined if you joined Axis Bank.
