Work environment Banks policies HR is worst Bosses are all partial Promotions are based on favorites. In terms of skills bank is zero since upper management gets hire from links and not selected based on there knowledge.Etc etc

Everything. According to them you will have to work even in accidents. There is pressure every day. You will have to reach office at 8:15 in the morning and leave after taking permission at 10:30 in the night, even then you will be taunted. Do "Siddhi" accounts FD's and Li and GI even on Sunday, agar nahi kar paye to have a concall with the cluster head or zonal head. If by mistake you take leave due to fever then give the medical certificate and they will call the doctor and verify it... Pathetic culture. No one helps you. Neither HR nor CH, no one helps.... If you are thinking of joining Axis then forget your personal life. Along with abusive language, he also becomes violent. He attacks the family over trivial matters. I will not say anything about the salary. Basically your career, mental health and life will all be ruined if you joined Axis Bank. I will explain what changes will occur in your mental health after joining Axis. 1. You will remain absent minded. Aapko bulate rahega lekin aapko sunai nahi dega. 2. Politics much more, supervisor create unnecessary business pressure , extra workload, at a time do many works , assign task which is actually harassment,,, supervisor doing nothing, no holiday, if u sick even though BH asked u came to office, coming timing mentioned which sharp 8:50 am but going time not mentioned……..etc……etc…..

Non technical people are in VP and SVP. Hence, they never listen to anyone. They never support to team. If you do any mistake, they will suffer you till you resign. Please think 10 to 100 times before joining this company as IT professional. You can join in case you don't have any other opportunity.
