Dislikes

There is whatsapp and phone call culture to get work done. Emails are just ignored. Also in DBAT, the leadership is keen to deliver products back to back, work life balance can be messy. Especially for a fresher where there might be little to no onboarding help.

Want to switch to MNC...need help

Hi, need help.currently I am employed with Axis Bank. I am an ex Citibanker. I am not liking the axis Bank culture at all..kindly advise how to switch from a bank to MNC companies...I don't have contacts and want to make my career in MNC company. Current package is 14.4 additionally bonus and all contributes to overall package to 17.3. Can anybody help me getting a job in company like Genpact, concentrix etc.

Hikes are low, Appraisal process is slow, thus attritions are high Work culture and flexibility depends entirely on your manager. Onboarding/joining processes are long, last minute and unorganised.

The DBAT team is very new and nicely equipped with leaders who have a clear vision and thought process

Dislikes

The current vendor ecosystem needs to change. Dependency on in house vendors leads to too many stoppages in product deliverables. Additionally, certain managers have way too many reportees, leading to a lack of face time with them
