Disappointing Experience I had high hopes, but my time here was marred by a toxic work culture. The management prioritizes sycophancy over merit, making it clear that career growth is tied to appeasing those in power rather than delivering quality work. Freedom of speech is non-existent, and the focus is on securing business deals by any means necessary. This environment can erode your personal values and leave you vulnerable in difficult situations. The HR policy appears impressive at first glance, claiming that no employee will be terminated solely for business reasons. However, I've witnessed HR block attendance and coerce employees into resigning on orders from higher-ups. Non technical people are in VP and SVP. Hence, they never listen to anyone. They never support to team. If you do any mistake, they will suffer you till you resign. Please think 10 to 100 times before joining this company as IT professional. You can join in case you don't have any other opportunity.

Irrespective of the skills, experience the respective employee will be judged based on any random person opinion and feedback. No cross check or discussion will happen. The ground reality is far far different from what is always portrayed

New Supervisor are all very selfish They support their neighbours and put pressure on those who work. I feel Axis Bank should protect its staff from these people as it happened with me and it can happen with anyone else too. When I was in the hospital, I gave all my business to my neighbor who never brought any business himself, due to this I got termination

Axis Bank is very nice to progress and a lot of learning to learn in the bank. There are many to move forward to this learning is worth it and so we can take the next step.
