1.Sales targets is very high depending on Third party products like insurance mainly 2.For normal customer most costly bank because bank charges maintenance charges is too much of current account 3.Salary scale is too poor. 4.Employee just promoted but salary is equivalent to 4th Grade employee.

There is no any kind of default in Axis Bank but yes in terms of technical it sometimes takes time alot. So I hope this issue gets resolved as soon as possible.
