If anybody wants to join operations, be carefull no operations is there supervisor only asks for Life Insurance, Only LI is there nothing else, So if you can sell insurance on daily basis then join Axis bank.

Sales pressure is extreme even on operations staff. No banking is there only sales of insurance.
