Learning is real thing as person learns himself when surrounded by lot of work and least practical training sessions.

Appraisals are poor. No transparency and no rewards against your work. They want you to work like top executive and when it comes appraisal, they complicates with KRAs and Other parameters which were not predefined. Although working was never regulated in the same direction.

I like the most in Axis includes Communication, Interaction with customers from different cultures background and it also gave me an opportunity to develop communication skills and problems solving skills which brightens my future.

Selling Bank product is Good but the sell along with the third party Insurance product that dislike me.

Everything. According to them you will have to work even in accidents. There is pressure every day. You will have to reach office at 8:15 in the morning and leave after taking permission at 10:30 in the night, even then you will be taunted. Do "Siddhi" accounts FD's and Li and GI even on Sunday, agar nahi kar paye to have a concall with the cluster head or zonal head. If by mistake you take leave due to fever then give the medical certificate and they will call the doctor and verify it... Pathetic culture. No one helps you. Neither HR nor CH, no one helps.... If you are thinking of joining Axis then forget your personal life. Along with abusive language, he also becomes violent. He attacks the family over trivial matters. I will not say anything about the salary. Basically your career, mental health and life will all be ruined if you joined Axis Bank. I will explain what changes will occur in your mental health after joining Axis. 1. You will remain absent minded. Aapko bulate rahega lekin aapko sunai nahi dega. 2. All the scenes of the office will keep playing in front of your eyes in a loop and you will keep feeling scared. 3. You will not remember anything. Your confidence will be low. 4. Sales pressure is high they will not let you step out after your login hours without meeting daily targets they asked one of team mate who was carrying 6 months to stay still 8pm for not meeting sales she missed her cab and left alone at late hours home they treat you like a school kid and daily labour
